Nick Lambert
Mr. Nicholas Lambert prides himself on being
able to instill a vision to achieve company goals
and surpass expectations while maintaining a high
level of quality and customer service integrity
through total quality management. Being successful
in creating and implementing strategic plans,
setting and administering budgets, and developing
improved processes in order to meet short and
long term objectives is a priority in every aspect
of his daily business transactions.
Nicholas Lambert is experienced in operations
to increase business growth, reduce costs, improve
services, and is always willing to accept the
mantle of leadership. He strives to be an individual
who earns the respect of staff members and colleagues.
In involvement with other corporations such
as night clubs, health/sports clubs, and in the
restaurant consultant areas, Nicholas has received
subsequent promotions and performed record setting
revenue in those areas. Also, he treasures every
aspect of the day-to-day operations, including
improving employee longevity and reducing employee
turnover rate. Nicholas manages all decisions
to successfully achieve high levels of camaraderie
within staff members through team performance
incentives. He also uses motivation to maintain
a high performance rate in the workplace, this
is a derivative of his character and he will always
carry these tools along the journey.
Understanding the marketplace, competitors,
and having the willingness to respond accordingly
to represent the company with our goals is key.
Nicholas uses creativity constantly: He will see,
